Warranty InfoPlease Note under no exceptions do we look into providing a warranty exchange without the relevant paperwork (Receipt is needed at all times, warranty card also with some products). We have heard all the excuses under the sun, but the bottom line is plain and simple NO RECEIPT NO WARRANTY.. ALL ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED WITH A PROOF OF PURCHASE. As almost 30% of the items we have receive turn out to work perfectly we have a £15 - £25 handling charge for items returned that are not faulty. Please make sure that the item really does not work before returning it back to us. Always send a comprehensive covering letter (name, address, telephone numbers, e mail, and a description of the fault), and never send a letter saying “as per our telephone conversation, here is the item” the SMD team speak to hundreds of people per week (sales, repairs, service, shipping etc) and specific conversations can’t possibly be remembered. Explain your problem in your letter as if it’s the first time you spoke to someone about it. Note, we only provide warranty for UK sourced items, items sourced from oversea’s need to be returned to the distributor in the country where purchased. Please note any items not covered by warranty and left with us for 60 days or more will be disposed of. Regards, SMD
