Jordan Banks Wins @ Deerdale The weather stayed fine all day for the third round of the Deerdale Summer Series. Luke Lee driving his Hot Bodies D8 was top qualifier, Chris Clark with an electric Ansman second and Jordan Banks running an LRP S8BX Evo third. At the start of the 25 minute final Luke had problems and had to start from the pit. Jordan got past Chris Clark at the end of the first lap to take a lead that he never let go (just). Luke came back to the front of the field but had an engine cut after his 2nd pit stop. This looked to have left Jordan with a comfortable lead, but as the race headed into the last six or seven minutes the other Lee brother (Michael) really started to fly. Into the last minute and Jordans lead was down to only a few seconds and a mistake from either driver would have been the end. The finish came with Jordan crossing the line 0.3 seconds ahead of Michael. Richard Preston was 3rd, Luke recovered to 4th and Steve Concannon came home in 5th. Cheers Guys........ Scott and Jordan.
